Select cover from $1m to $2m to help protect against legal costs and claims for damages to third parties arising from an act, omission or breach of professional duty in the course of your business.

Public Liability

Covers your legal liability in respect of third party property damage arising from your business activities.

Statutory Liability

This additional policy is provided as complimentary and is designed to cover fines or penalties imposed for unintentional breaches of certain New Zealand statutes; cover includes associated costs.

Automatic reinstatements

If a claim reaches the full limit of indemnity, the insurer will automatically reinstate the limit.

Cost exclusive limits

We pay all defence costs; even if your claim reaches the maximum of your indemnity.

Vicarious liability cover

If you engage consultants, contractors, subcontractors or agents, we can ensure you're covered if they make any errors or ommissions.
